abstract | [Problem] To provide a method for producing an aqueous solution for disinfection having high disinfecting power and few adverse effects on the human body, etc. Provided is a method for producing an aqueous solution for disinfection, the method including a step for preparing a mixed solution including sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and heavy water (D2O), the heavy water component accounting for 1.5-20 wt%; and a step for diluting and preparing the mixed solution with water (H2O) to bring the pH to at least 0.5 but less than 2.0. The method further comprises: a step for preparing sulfuric acid and heavy water by weighing, so that the heavy water component accounts for 1.5-20 wt%, which is prescribed content; a step for preparing, by weighing, water to be added to the weighed/prepared sulfuric acid and heavy water, so that when the water is added, a prescribed pH, which is at least 0.5 but less than 2.0, is obtained; and a step for mixing the weighed/prepared sulfuric acid, heavy water, and water. |
