abstract Modular system for the recovery and collection of polluted sludge from the seabed to be reclaimed with a simultaneous process for the generation of syngas and subsequent transformation into electricity for self-consumption of the system and extraction of hydrogen, nitrogen and heavy metals. This new system has been studied to carry out fast, efficient and effective remediation with significant savings being a modular sludge collection plant using a robotic system with a subsequent procedure for the generation of a synthesis gas, capable of accepting as input a solid organic material having variable size, format, content of humidity and calorific power value, in order to be able to manage the widest bulk and type of incoming materials at the lowest possible cost and with an environmental impact close to zero.
