The capsule perforating system (3) for preparing instant drinks comprises: a top cap (1); a base cap (2) adaptable to the top cap (1); a capsule holder (4) composed of a base and a wall, comprising a central shaft (14) which transitions into a plurality of pointed shafts (13) with gaps (17) between same; each pointed shaft (13) terminating in a blade, thus making a plurality of blades; a plurality of cutting ribs (12) connecting the blades to each other; wherein the wall of the capsule holder comprises a plurality of grooves (15) and wherein the diameter of the capsule holder (4) is greater than the diameter of the capsule (3) to be pierced.
