abstract An in vitro method to identify melanoma in humans using a kit that allows to perform a patient side ELISA assay, with dried or lyophilized reagents, which are brought back into solution and/or mixed at the time of use of the kit, obtaining a qualitative response immediate chemocolorimetric, biolumine scent, comprises the steps of: a) detecting and/or quantifying a specific antigen, for example expressed mainly in melanomas (PRAME) in a biological sample obtained from the subject; b) compare the result with a control sample; for example, the presence of PRAME indicates that the subject is suffering from melanoma.
