abstract | A power system and a control method for a power system. The power system (100) comprises N direct current coupling units (102, 103, 104), N direct current buses (105, 106, 107) and a main controller (101). The N direct current coupling units (102, 103, 104) are in one-to-one correspondence with the N direct current buses (105, 106, 107). The N direct current coupling units (102, 103, 104) are used for supplying power to a power grid (108). Each direct current coupling unit (102, 103, 104) comprises an energy unit (1022, 1032). The energy units (1022, 1032) are used for generating electric energy. The main controller (101) is used for: obtaining total network access demand power, the total network access demand power being network access power required by the power grid (108); obtaining first amplitude limiting values, the first amplitude limiting values being used for indicating the maximum discharge power that can be provided by each energy unit (1022, 1032) to the power grid (108); and determining first network access power values according to the total network access demand power and the first amplitude limiting values, the first network access power values being power values of the input power grid (108) allocated to each energy unit (1022, 1032). At least one direct current coupling unit (102, 103, 104) is in a first amplitude limiting state. The first amplitude limiting state refers to when a first network access power value is equal to the first amplitude limiting value corresponding thereto. The reliability of the operation of the power system can be increased. |
