titleOfInvention Active phospholipid layered liquid crystal, preparation process thereof and application thereof
abstract An active phospholipid layered liquid crystal, a preparation process thereof and an application thereof. The active phospholipid layered liquid crystal consists of water, an active phospholipid and oil, the water content thereof being 70-80 g/100 g, and the dry basis acetone insoluble content thereof being 92-96 g/100 g. Oil streak-like polarized light texture birefringence can be observed by using a polarizing microscope; the sensory index is a brown-red transmission color; the scattering factor q of small-angle X-ray scattering has obvious Bragg scattering peaks between 0.5-2 nm -1 ; and the storage modulus G' is greater than the loss modulus G". Currently, all concentrated phospholipids and all acetone extraction powder phospholipids are mixtures of active and inactive phospholipids and have poor surface activity. The above active phospholipid layered liquid crystal and an active phospholipid product thereof solve the problem that phospholipids have poor surface activity.
