Provided is a novel material that can inhibit TARC related to pathogenesis of various inflammatory diseases, and that is effective in therapy and the like for, for example, atopic dermatitis. This material is a kumis-derived exosome–containing composition obtained from kumis, containing an exome-enriched fraction obtained by enriching an exosome derived from the kumis. Moreover, provided is a production method for a kumis-derived exosome–containing composition, characterized by having a step for fractionating kumis into a plurality of fractions, and a step for retrieving, from the plurality of fractions, a fraction in which an exosome is enriched. This kumis-derived exosome has the effect of inhibiting TARC generation, and is effective as a material for mixture into a skin treatment composition and an anti-inflammatory composition. Moreover, said exosome is also effective as a treatment agent for TARC-mediated diseases such as atopic dermatitis. |
