abstract This circuit board unwoven fabric comprises a paper structure that includes: a plurality of thick fibers with the thickest fiber diameter of 5 μm or more; and a plurality of thin fibers with the thickest fiber diameter of less than 5 μm. The circuit board unwoven fabric is characterized in that the average fiber length of the thick fibers is longer than the average fiber length of the thin fibers, the number of the thin fibers is larger than the number of thick fibers, and the thick fibers have a flat shape having a long axis and a short axis, with the short axis being oriented in the thickness direction of the paper structure.
