The invention relates to a self-crosslinking hybrid dispersion containing, in suspension in water, - particles of anionic polyurethane comprising both alkoxysilyl groups and carboxylate groups of formula –COO- M+ where M+ is a cation resulting from the neutralization of carboxylic acid groups by a base, and particles of anionic (styrene)acrylic polymer comprising both alkoxysilyl groups and carboxylate groups of formula –COO- M+ where M+ is a cation resulting from the neutralization of carboxylic acid groups by a base. It also relates to a method for preparing such a composition and to the use thereof for improving the watertightness of substrates. |
