abstract |
Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for treating strokes, containing an exosome derived from mesenchymal stem cells. Also provided is a method for treating strokes with an exosome derived from mesenchymal stem cells. The exosome used in the method and the pharmaceutical composition is obtained from mesenchymal stem cells by means of a specific preparation method and conditions, and has the activity of repairing cell damage caused by hypoxia and hypoglycaemia; by means of a specific dosage and means of administration, ischaemic stroke can be effectively treated without producing the side effect of cell damage. |
