abstract |
Provided are a culture medium and method for inducing the differentiation of a pluripotent stem cell into a hematopoietic precursor cell. The method comprises: 1) preparing a hemogenic endothelial precursor cell by using a method for differentiating from a human pluripotent stem cell to generate a hemogenic endothelial precursor cell; and 2) preparing a hematopoietic precursor cell by using a method for promoting the differentiation of a hemogenic endothelial precursor cell into a hematopoietic precursor cell. The culture medium is used during a preparation process and culture is performed in a random rotation manner, so that excellent effective efficiency is achieved, and the composition of the culture medium is clear. |
