The method entails administering to the subject an RNA-based inhibitor such as an siRNA, shRNA, or miRNA or a peptide inhibitor which targets at least one of KIF20A, SEPT7, RGS3 and EphrinB or blocks the binding of KID20A to RGS3 and/or SEPT7 or the binding of EphrinB and RGS3.
