titleOfInvention | Aluminum fin material |
abstract | The present invention provides an aluminum fin material which is suppressed in hydrophilicity decrease due to heating, while having excellent heat resistance. An aluminum fin material (10) according to the present invention comprises an aluminum plate (1) and a coating film layer (2); the coating film layer (2) sequentially comprises, from the aluminum plate (1) side, a hydrophilic coating film layer (2b) and a lubricative coating film layer (2c); the lubricative coating film layer (2c) contains a resin matrix that contains a polyethylene glycol as a main component, and a hydrophilic component that contains at least one of a sulfonic acid group and an ester group; and with respect to the hydrophilic component, the change in the amount of a functional group, which contributes to the hydrophilicity, between before and after the heating at 200°C for 10 minutes is 15% or less. Meanwhile, the coating film layer (2) may additionally comprise a corrosion-resistant coating film layer (2a). |
