titleOfInvention Use of aluminum ion receptor alr1 gene or protein for regulating aluminum resistance of plant
abstract Provided is the use of an aluminum ion receptor ALR1 gene or protein for regulating the aluminum resistance of a plant. The ALR1 gene with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3 is obtained by means of amplifying an upstream primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a downstream primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. When the gene is overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana, the aluminum resistance of the plant can be improved, and the growth of the plant root system can be promoted.
