Use of aluminum ion receptor alr1 gene or protein for regulating aluminum resistance of plant |
abstract |
Provided is the use of an aluminum ion receptor ALR1 gene or protein for regulating the aluminum resistance of a plant. The ALR1 gene with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3 is obtained by means of amplifying an upstream primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a downstream primer with a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. When the gene is overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana, the aluminum resistance of the plant can be improved, and the growth of the plant root system can be promoted. |
