Provided is a preparation method for a two-dimensional lamellar material vertical orientation assembly, comprising: configuring a two-dimensional lamellar material into a colloidal dispersion of 0.5 mg/g to 400 mg/g, and using a microneedle having the diameter of 10-1000 μm to construct a plurality of scratches in the same sliding direction at an interval x in the colloidal dispersion at a speed of 0.001-2000 mm/s, and drying to obtain a highly vertically oriented two-dimensional lamellar assembly, wherein x≤L, and L is the width in which a single microneedle slides in the colloidal dispersion to generate a scratch. According to the method, the orientation structure of the two-dimensional lamellar material can be accurately designed and controlled, such that the transmission performance of the electrolyte in a capacitor and a battery is accelerated, efficient vertical heat conduction can also be carried out, and the method has extremely high value in the fields of recycling and utilization of energy sources such as solar water evaporation. |
