titleOfInvention Phosphorus-doped bismuth tungstate photocatalyst, preparation method therefor and use thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a phosphorus-doped bismuth tungstate photocatalyst, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and dissolving phosphotungstic acid and a bismuth source, stirring same carrying out an ultrasonic treatment thereon, subjecting same to a hydrothermal reaction at 100ºC-250ºC, carrying out suction filtration, and washing and drying same to obtain the phosphorus-doped bismuth tungstate photocatalyst. According to the present invention, phosphotungstic acid is used as an integrated phosphorus source and tungsten source, and the phosphorus-doped bismuth tungstate photocatalyst is prepared by using a hydrothermal reaction, the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and large-scale production can be realized; and the prepared phosphorus-doped bismuth tungstate photocatalyst has better photocatalytic activity and a good degradation effect on organic matter.
