abstract |
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, the composition comprising at least two hepatocyte growth factor variants, or polynucleotide sequences encoding the variants, as active ingredients. The at least two hepatocyte growth factor variants or polynucleotide sequences encoding the variants according to the present invention are highly effective in terms of improving exercise ability, electrophysiological test results, and neuropathological histological diagnosis when administered to an animal model of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, and thus the composition can be effectively used as a therapeutic agent for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. |
