abstract | Provided is a bactericidal agent which is prepared by diluting a water-soluble colloid solution containing a microparticulated soybean fatty acid (an unsaturated fatty acid) with weakly-alkaline ionized water and has an improved bactericidal effect. The bactericidal agent is produced by mixing 1 part by volume of a water-soluble colloid solution with 1.5 to 19 parts by volume of weakly-alkaline ionized water having a pH value of 8.8 to 9.9 , in which the water-soluble colloid solution contains a microparticulated soybean fatty acid and is produced by mixing and agitating at least a soybean fatty acid, lecithin and purified water together. The bacterium to be killed includes at least one bacterium selected from the group consisting of Escherichia coli, Salmonella bacterium, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella bacterium, feline infectious peritonitis virus and influenza virus. |
