When the FWHM angle of each of the light-emitting elements is denoted by θ, the length of one side of the light emitting element is denoted by d, the maximum value of spacing between the light-emitting elements adjacent to each other is denoted by P, the distance between the light-emitting element and the phosphor layer is denoted by L, the refractive index of a medium in the housing is denoted by n, the thickness of the phosphor layer is denoted by T, and the refractive index of the phosphor layer is denoted by n p , the plurality of light-emitting elements are provided so as to satisfy expression (1).
