titleOfInvention | Adhesive tape |
abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing: adhesive tape in which adhesive force with respect to an adherend can be adequately reduced and which can easily be detached and removed, without damaging or dirtying the adherend, by the adhesive tape being irradiated with active energy rays and deployed, even when the adhesive tape is disposed under high-temperature conditions; and a method for processing an electronic member. The means for solving the aforementioned problem is adhesive tape having a sheet-form base material and an adhesive agent layer provided on the sheet-form base material, wherein: the adhesive agent layer contains an acrylic adhesive polymer that has carbon-carbon double bonds and that has functional groups, a photopolymerization initiator, a thermopolymerization initiator, a cross-linking agent that reacts with the functional groups, and a filler, the ratio (R/D) of R and D being within the range of 0.10-1.00, where R (μm) is the average particle diameter of the filler, and D (μm) is the thickness of the adhesive agent layer; and the adhesive tape is such that the rate of extension in an MD direction and/or the rate of extension in a TD direction, as measured after the adhesive tape is stored for one hour in a high-temperature environment at 200°C and then is retrieved and allowed to stand, is 30% or greater. |
