abstract The invention relates to a concentrated product for treating and protecting mineral surfaces without fluorinated compounds, the concentrated product comprising, based on its total weight, 50 to 69% by weight of a first emulsion of one or more self-crosslinking acrylic (co)polymers, 20 to 29% by weight of a second emulsion comprising at least two compounds selected from silanes, alkoxysilanes, siloxanes and organosiloxanes, and 1 to 6% of one or more biocides, as well as to a ready-to-use product. The invention also relates to a manufacturing method and a method for treating and protecting mineral surfaces.
