abstract Disclosed in the present invention is a metal-organic composite nano-drug, comprising a heterostructural metal-based nanoparticle treated by a first surface modifier and a cross-linking agent in sequence, and a pharmaceutical ingredient compound treated by a second surface modifier. The nanoparticle is coupled with the pharmaceutical ingredient compound by means of the cross-linking agent, the pharmaceutical ingredient compound is ginsenoside, and the nanoparticle is Au@CoFeB. Further disclosed in the present invention are preparation and application of the nano-drug. The nano-drug provided by the present invention can well inhibit the development of liver cancer, and has an in-vitro and in-vivo molecular image tracing function.
