abstract |
A melt-blown fabric for a KN95 mask and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the steps of: S1, providing a carbon nanotube modified material in which the content of carbon nanotubes is 0.2%-0.5%; and S2, blending the carbon nanotube modified material with a polypropylene melt-blown material having a melt index of 1400-1600 g/10 min, and electret master batch in a mass ratio of (1-6):(91-97):(3-4), and preparing the blended material into a melt-blown fabric in a melt-blown non-woven manner. The melt-blown fabric has high salt filtering efficiency and low breathing resistance. |
