abstract Disclosed are a monodisperse polymer containing a fluorene-butadiyne structure in the main chain, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The monodisperse polymer has a structure, as shown in formula I, and is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: 1) obtaining a fluorene donor; (2) obtaining a fluorene-butadiyne monomer; and 3) synthesizing a monodisperse polymer. The monodisperse polymer of the present invention has better product processing property and mechanical property. Moreover, the polymer is prepared by using a Glaser coupling polymerization reaction method in the present invention, and the experiment operation is simple and easy. In addition, fast preparative liquid chromatography technology is applied in the present invention for the synthesis of the polymer, which provides a new idea concept for the synthesis of the monodisperse polymer; and the chemical reagents used in the method of the present invention are stable in air, and the reaction operation in the method is simple and convenient, has high efficiency, and is convenient for industrial production.
