titleOfInvention Dyeable 1.74 resin lens and preparation method therefor
abstract A dyeable 1.74 resin lens and a preparation method therefor. The resin lens comprises a modular layer having a refractive index of 1.74, a dyeable layer having a refractive index of 1.60 is poured on an upper surface of the modular layer, the curvature of an upper curve of the dyeable layer is uniform with the curvature of an upper curve of the modular layer, and the center thickness of the dyeable layer is 0.5-1.2 mm. The dyeable 1.74 resin lens is a 1.74 lens with a dyeable resin lens having a refractive index of 1.60 being attached on a surface thereof, same has good dyeing performance, visible light transmittance can reach 10-30%, and the present invention fills a gap created by a 1.74 lens being unable to be dyed. Limitations are placed on the curvature and thickness of the dyeable layer, causing said layer to not affect optical performance, such as the luminosity of the lens, and also preventing problems such as the lens being ground through during subsequent processing.
