The present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising an amphiphilic polyurethane-based polymer. The amphiphilic polyurethane-based polymer has suitable affinity for both the skin and a makeup film, thus reducing the surface energy gap between the skin and the makeup film, resulting in increased affinity of makeup, and serves to help better formation of a makeup film on the skin. Through this, makeup collapse, uplift and clumping can be ameliorated, and a thinner and more uniform makeup film can be formed. Such amelioration effects lead to an improvement in the final skin texture, and can provide a better makeup effect that consumers can feel. |
