abstract Provided are a liquid extraction device and a liquid extraction method. The liquid extraction device comprises a fixing member, a pressing member and a needle assembly, wherein the fixing member is provided with a mounting position used for mounting an encapsulation tube; the pressing member can be moved between a first position close to the fixing member and a second position away from the fixing member; the pressing member and the fixing member clamp the encapsulation tube when in the first position; the pressing member and the fixing member unclamp the encapsulation tube when in the second position; the needle assembly comprises a needle base and a liquid extraction needle; the liquid extraction needle is arranged on the needle base; the portions of the needle base and the fixing member that are close to the mounting position have a connection state and a separation state; and when in the connection state, the tip of the liquid extraction needle extends into the mounting position, and when in the separation state, the tip of the liquid extraction needle is away from the mounting position. By means of the present invention, it can be ensured that the liquid extraction needle is reliably inserted into the encapsulation tube, and a liquid extraction operation can be realized under the action of pressing. In addition, the liquid extraction device is easy to operate, has a high liquid extraction success rate, does not easily leave surplus liquid, and can effectively prevent contact contamination from occurring during liquid extraction.
