abstract | Provided are a positive electrode lithium supplementing material, and a positive electrode plate and an electrochemical device including same. The positive electrode lithium supplementing material comprises an inner core of a lithium-rich transition metal oxide, i.e. Li 2 MO 2 , and a surface layer which is present on the inner core and comprises a silicon-containing material, i.e. Q-(CQ' 2 ) n -Si(OR) 3 , wherein M comprises at least one of Mn, Fe, Co, Ni or Cu; Q comprises at least one of vinyl, methyl, methoxy, trifluoromethyl, amino, epoxy group, methacryloyloxy, sulfydryl or ureido; Q' comprises at least one of hydrogen element or fluorine element; n is an integer selected from 0 to 20; and R comprises one of methyl or ethyl. When the positive electrode lithium supplementing material is applied to the positive electrode plate, active lithium can be effectively supplemented, and the energy density of the electrochemical device can be improved. Moreover, the content of free lithium of the surface of the positive electrode lithium supplementing material is low, such that slurry gelation can be effectively inhibited, the processing performance can be improved, and the high-temperature storage performance of the electrochemical device can be effectively improved. |
