abstract The present invention relates to a section control method and a speeding control system using a camera and radar, and more specifically comprises: a radar which detects the entry of a vehicle into a fixed control section of a road, tracks the vehicle from the start point to the end point of the control section, and measures the speed of the vehicle; a camera which captures an image including the vehicle in the control section; and a section control control device which carries out momentary speeding control processing of the vehicle in the control section, and thus it is possible to control a vehicle that has momentarily (temporarily) driven too fast, even if the vehicle is traveling, in the control section which is a small section, at an average speed over the section that is lower than the speed limit.
