Provided is a novel medical technique using follicular T-cells. The present disclosure, based on finding a Public TfhTCR specific to a disease factor shared by many patients, provides a method for producing disease-specific follicular T-cells. The method includes: a step of identifying a disease-related factor or part thereof having the ability to elicit follicular T-cells specific to the disease-related factor; a step of eliciting disease-specific follicular T-cells using the disease-related factor or part thereof; and a step of obtaining the disease-specific follicular T-cells. |
