abstract | The invention relates to a powder bed 3D printing process for producing elastic shaped bodies composed of silicones and to a silicone resin-containing powder suitable for the process. The process comprises steps of: a) delivering a powder layer by layer in a powder bed 3D apparatus, the powder containing a silicone resin of the formula (I); b) applying a crosslinker solution to the layer from step a) in accordance with a print template for the elastic shaped body, the crosslinker solution comprising a hydrosilylation catalyst and a silicone oil of the general formula (II); c) repeating steps a) and b) in accordance with the print template for the elastic shaped body; and d) removing the powder not crosslinked. |
