titleOfInvention | Optical-drive-actuated artificial muscle material, preparation method therefor and use thereof |
abstract | An optical-drive-actuated artificial muscle material, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method therefor comprises: (1) selecting polyurethane and carbon nanotubes as raw materials, and respectively drying same; (2) respectively dispersing the dried polyurethane and carbon nanotubes in a mixed solvent, so as to prepare a mixed spinning solution, wherein the mixed solvent is composed of N,N-dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran in a feeding volume ratio of 1 : (0.8-1.2); (3) preparing the obtained mixed spinning solution into fiber bundles by means of electrostatic spinning, and preparing same into primary yarn by means of twisting; and (4) soaking the primary yarn in heat-conducting silicone grease, then twisting same into coiled yarn, and drying and heating same to prepare an optical-drive-actuated artificial muscle material, and an optical drive actuator comprising the artificial muscle material prepared thereby. The artificial muscle material prepared by the method can not only obtain better durability and sensitivity, but also has good flexibility and is lightweight. |
