titleOfInvention Phospholipid polymer, preparation method therefor and application thereof
abstract Disclosed are a phospholipid polymer, a preparation method therefor and the application thereof. The preparation method for a phospholipid polymer comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a compound represented by formula (IV) in a solvent, adding an oxidizing agent, performing a reaction at 0-40℃ for 5-50 h, filtering out insoluble substances, and removing the solvent to obtain an aldehyde phospholipid compound; (2) dissolving an amino-rich polymer in a solvent, adding the aldehyde phospholipid compound obtained in step (1), and performing a reaction at 0-100℃ for 1-20 h to obtain a phospholipid polymer Schiff base solution; and (3) adding a reducing agent to the phospholipid polymer Schiff base solution obtained in step (2), performing a reaction at 0-50℃ for 1-20 h, and adding an organic solvent for precipitation to obtain a phospholipid polymer. The obtained phospholipid polymer has the advantages of enhanced affinity with other materials and secondary modification. The preparation method for the phospholipid polymer of the present invention is low in cost, has mild reaction conditions, and is non-toxic. The phospholipid polymer can be used for preparing a structural material that mimics a cellular membrane layer.
