abstract |
Provided are a protein OsDREB1C for shortening a heading stage of rice, and an encoding gene and an application thereof. The sequence of OsDREB1C is sequence 1 in a sequence table, and the sequence of an encoding gene thereof is sequence 2 in the sequence table. The OsDREB1C and a related biomaterial thereof can improve the photosynthetic efficiency of plants, prompt the absorption and transport of nitrogen and increase the nitrogen content in plants and grains, prompt early heading, and improve the yield. Also provided are haplotypes Hap.2 and Hap.3 based on the OsDREB1C, and the haplotypes have excellent traits of advancing the heading stage of rice. |
