The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a phthalazinone derivative as an active ingredient for treating PARP inhibitor-resistant cancer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating PARP inhibitor-resistant cancer, the composition containing a phthalazinone derivative of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition containing the phthalazinone derivative according to the present invention exhibits an effective antiapoptotic effect on PARP inhibitor-resistant cancer cells. |
