abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a spun-dyed meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber in which loss that occurs during switching of colors is minimized. In a method for producing a spun-dyed meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber according to the present invention, at least three master pigment dispersions in each of which 5-50 mass% of one or more pigments are dispersed and each of which has a specific hue are, without being pre-mixed, sequentially mixed with spinning dope so that the sum of pigment concentrations in a fiber is 0.1-5.0 mass%, and then spinning and stretching are carried out, thereby obtaining the spun-dyed meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber. |
