titleOfInvention Nucleic acid functionalized metal nanoprobe and preparation method therefor
abstract Disclosed are a nucleic acid functionalized metal nanoprobe and a preparation method therefor. By means of the probe, metal cations with good biocompatibility are mixed with exogenous DNA or RNA molecules to generate a DNA or RNA composite nanostructure. By means of co-incubating the DNA or RNA composite nanostructure and a pathogenic microorganism, the composite nanostructure enters cells of the pathogenic microorganism by means of electrostatic adsorption. In-situ synthesis of an intelligent biological probe is prompted by means of using the unique microenvironment of high levels of oxidative and reducing substances that is possessed by the pathogenic microorganism. The probe achieves the precise targeted marking and instant rapid detection of the pathogenic microorganism, and is used for targeted intervention of infectious diseases such as lung infections, intestinal infections and influenza. In conjunction with physical interventions such as photoelectricity, magnetic heat and near-infrared rays, the probe can also achieve multi-mode real-time dynamic and high-specificity rapid and accurate tracing and accurate killing of related lesions.
