The present invention relates to soy milk containing an Orostachys japonicus extract, and a preparation method therefor, and, specifically, to a functional soy milk and a preparation method therefor, the soy milk having the unique sour or bitter taste of Orostachys japonicus removed therefrom and having increased anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory activity of Orostachys japonicus through the use of a method in which the stem parts of Orostachys japonicus are extracted by using a nonthermal extraction method and then freeze-dried. |
