abstract | The present application relates to a screening, risk assessment, and prognosis method and kit for advanced colorectal adenomas. Specifically, the present application provides a kit for diagnosing advanced colorectal adenomas, screening formation or risk of formation of advanced colorectal adenomas, or assessing progression or prognosis of advanced colorectal adenomas, comprising a first reagent for treating DNA, a first primer pool, and a second reagent. The first primer pool comprises a primer pair used for pre-amplifying at least one target marker in each of the following two groups of target markers: (I) Septin9, BCAT1, and IKZF1, and (II) PKNOX2, CRHBP, SOX1, and an intergenic region A; the primer pair can hybridize, under stringent conditions, moderately stringent conditions, or highly stringent conditions, to at least nine consecutive nucleotides of a target sequence of the target marker treated by the first reagent; and the target sequence comprises at least one CpG site. |
