Disclosed in the present invention is the use of an ionizable cationic lipid analog material as a protein drug delivery carrier. The cationic lipid analog material of the present invention has an efficient capability of intracellular delivery of a protein, is effective for proteins with different molecular weights and charges, and can still maintain the biological activity of the protein when delivering the protein into a cell. Moreover, the material has low toxicity to the cell and good biocompatibility, and can be used as a protein drug delivery carrier. |
