abstract | Provided in the present invention is a rubber backing plate for subway rail transit, a composition thereof, and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of rubber materials. The composition of the rubber backing plate for subway rail transit of the present invention comprises: 100 parts of matrix rubber, 20-100 parts of filler, 0-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 5-35 parts of active agent, 0-15 parts of plasticising agent, 3-10 parts of pigment, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent, 3-15 parts of functional adjuvant, 0.3-2.5 parts of vulcanising agent, and 2-8 parts of vulcanisation accelerator. Compared to traditional black rubber backing plates, the rubber backing plate for subway rail transit made from said composition is significantly improved in terms of mechanical properties such as Shore hardness and tensile strength, and is suitable for various current rail transit sections. |
