titleOfInvention Method for producing high-current capacitors by laser technology
abstract The invention relates to a high-current capacitor comprising: - a first film made of metal (1a) having a first microstructured and nanostructured surface produced by laser methods, - a first electron storage layer (3), also known as nano layer, which is produced by laser methods and is formed over the first film made of metal, - a dielectric (4) (such as barium nitrate, barium titanate, titanium dioxide,...) which is produced by laser methods and is formed over the first electron storage layer, - a second electron storage layer (3) which is formed over the dielectric (4), and - a second layer made of metal with a second surface, said second layer being formed over the second electron storage layer. At least one of the metal plates (1a) can alternatively be embodied as a film, and/or be produced by suspension application welding, preferably in a laser-supported manner.
