The present application relates to the technical field of the preparation of medical nanofiber materials. In particular, disclosed are a stretchable nanofiber membrane, a preparation method therefor and the application thereof. The stretchable nanofiber membrane has a core-shell structure, involving a core layer that comprises an aminated chitosan carrier and an anti-microbial drug doped in the aminated chitosan carrier; and a shell layer that comprises a polyurethane carrier, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and N-TiO 2 /activated carbon, wherein poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and N-TiO 2 /activated carbon are doped in the polyurethane carrier. The stretchable nanofiber membrane can be prepared by means of a coaxial electrostatic spinning technique. The nanofiber membrane prepared by the present application has the advantages of having excellent tensile properties, high adsorption properties, an extended anti-microbial period and being self-cleaning, can significantly improve a wound surface healing effect, and has broad application prospects in the field of medical dressings. |
