abstract | An adsorbent for removing protein-bound uremic toxins by means of blood perfusion and a preparation method therefor. The adsorbent for removing the protein-bound uremic toxins by means of blood perfusion is a porous resin having an amide group and taking polystyrene-acrylonitrile-divinylbenzene as a skeleton, wherein the porous resin has imprinted holes of imprinted molecules, and the imprinted molecules comprise protein-bound toxins and/or analogs thereof. The adsorbent has a significant removal effect on protein-bound toxins such as indoxyl sulfate and p-cresol sulfate, and also has a certain removal capacity on middle-macromolecule and small-molecule substances such as β2-microglobulin, vitamin B12, creatinine and pentobarbital sodium, and has excellent safety performance and mechanical strength. |
