The present invention is characterized by comprising of polyurethane component at a rate of at least 5 g/L and at most 10 g/L in its structure as a crosslinker, natural extract at a rate of at least 5 ml/L, at most 60 ml/L, make-up removal solution at the rate of at least 1 ml/L, at most 20 ml/L, citric acid at the rate of at least 0.05 ml/L, at most 0.1 ml/L in at least 1:7 and at most 1:15 liquor ratio. |
