abstract The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer, comprising, as an active ingredient, nanovesicles derived from a Lactobacillus sakei strain isolated from Kimchi. The nanovesicles derived from a Lactobacillus sakei strain according to the present invention can kill various cancer cells such as lung cancer and bladder cancer and increase an inflammatory substance (TNF-alpha) in macrophages, and thus can be effectively used as a composition for use in the treatment, prevention, amelioration or the like of cancer in humans or animals.
