titleOfInvention Transaminase and method for catalytic preparation using same
abstract The present invention provides a transaminase and a method for catalytic preparation using same. The transaminase of the present application has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 3. In addition, the transaminase in the present application can be used for catalytic preparation of a compound C, and the preparation method comprises the following step: in a buffer solution having a pH value of 7.5-9.0, in the presence of transaminase, an amino donor, and pyridoxal phosphate, a compound B is subjected to a transamination reaction as shown below to obtain the compound C, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are independently H, halogen, C 1 -C 3 alkyl, C 1 -C 3 alkoxy or CN, respectively. The preparation method using transaminase catalysis has the advantages of mild conditions, high selectivity, high raw material conversion rate, high yield and high product chiral purity.
