abstract | A detection system for detecting a T-2 toxin residue, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The detection system comprises a two-dimensional sheet metal organic framework and an aptamer with two ends labeled with fluorescein. The two-dimensional sheet metal organic framework is a copper-based metal organic framework and is used as a quencher, while the aptamer with two ends labeled with fluorescein is used as a fluorescent probe. The preparation process is simple, raw materials are readily available, the costs are low, and large-scale production is easy. The detection system has a high sensitivity, selectivity and specificity at the same time, only has a fluorescence response to T-2, and does not respond to other mycotoxins and interfering substances. The detection system can effectively and quantitatively detect T-2 toxin residues, is more efficient, accurate and cost-saving, and has important significance for controlling food safety and protecting human health. |
