abstract The present invention relates to a method for detecting gene methylation for an early diagnosis of lung cancer, a primer or probe for detecting lung cancer targeted gene, and a composition and kit for an early diagnosis of lung cancer. The present invention can detect gene methylation using a PNA probe without a bisulfite treatment, and thus enables detection with high sensitivity and accuracy and is useful in diagnosing early stage lung cancer.
