titleOfInvention Oil-in-water-type emulsified cosmetic material
abstract The objective of the present invention is to provide an oil-in-water-type emulsified cosmetic material in which a UV absorber and pigments can be stably mixed, and which has improved cosmetic effects such as familiarity with the skin, uniformity of a coating film, and lack of a thick coat feeling. The oil-in-water-type emulsified cosmetic material of the present invention includes: (A) an aqueous component selected from monohydric and dihydric alcohols; (B) a polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone; (C) an oil containing ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate as an ultraviolet absorber; (D) pigments having a hydrophobized surface; and (E) an anionic surfactant, wherein the (A) aqueous component is 1-15% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic material when a monohydric alcohol is used, is 1-20% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic material when a dihydric alcohol is used, and is 1-45% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cosmetic material when a combination of the monohydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol is used, and the ratio of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate to the total amount of the ultraviolet absorber mixed in the (C) oil is 40% or more in terms of mass ratio.
